What will happen to my published paper if EUJIR is closed down at some point?

Even if EUJIR is closed down at some point (which we are not planning to do, of course), but your paper will always be available online on the DOI permanent address. Once published, your paper will be available virtually forever to view and download.

Can I withdraw/unpublish/remove my paper after it has been published?

Yes, you can. If you want to remove your paper from the DOI system or from our website for some reason, that is possible. However, the article processing charges or any other charges you have paid during the publication process are not refundable.

Is it possible to make any changes after a paper has been published?

If you notice any minor inaccuracy or mistake in your paper, we will correct that for FREE within a month after the publication date. Major changes (title, paragraph etc.) are not normally possible. After a month of publication, minor changes can still be made for a small fee (20 EUR).

How many authors can I have in a research paper?
EUJIR does not restrict the number of authors in a research paper. All authors who have contributed to the research work or the research paper can be included in the paper.

How many pages can there be in a manuscript?
There can be up to 40 pages in a manuscript, including any tables, figures, and appendices. If your manuscript exceeds this limit, please contact us before sending your work.

In which format should I send the manuscript? Will you handle the formatting for me? Will EUJIR check my language errors?

Please download the EUJIR journal template here and make your submission in the EUJIR format. You can also make a format-free submission (in any format, in any reference style) for a small fee (35€). Language editing is not part of the peer-review or the basic editorial process. If you want to polish your manuscript with a top-notch language editing service, you can do so for a small fee (60€). Take a look at all our other additional services here.
